  16.  ABOUT THE PROGRAM: Multimedia Greeting Card Maker v2 <ASP>
  17.  for Windows multimedia systems, 486/better, SVGA. This allows
  18.  you to create multimedia cards for all occasions. The shareware
  19.  version is fully functional. It comes with 3 sets of, music, 
  20.  voice, and graphic files to create 3 different holiday card
  21.  designs. Load photograph and voice files of you and your family
  22.  into your cards and make them something worth keeping. A demo
  23.  card is included to show you what can be done using this 
  24.  software. This can also be a great customer relations and 
  25.  advertising tool for businesses.

  29.  supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed
  30.  or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of

  33.  which may result from the use of Multimedia Greeting Card 
  34.  Maker.

  36.  TO INSTALL Multimedia Greeting Card Maker on your hard disk,
  37.  place the program disk in the appropriate drive. Select File
  38.  Manager. Select the drive where the program disk is located.
  39.  From the list of files that comes up, double click the 
  40.  setup.exe file. 
  41.  
  42.  You will be given the option of changing the default 
  43.  directory from c:\MMGCARDS to another name. However, please
  44.  note that you must install the program on the same drive 
  45.  where you have Windows installed. For example: if you have a
  46.  duel drive system with a C: and D: drive, and Windows is on
  47.  the C: drive you cannot install Multimedia Greeting Card Maker
  48.  on D: drive. You must use C: drive. You can change the name of
  49.  the directory to some other name such as C:\GREETCRD or 
  50.  whatever you wish.

  52.  When the installation process is finished, return to Program
  53.  Manager. From the MM Card Maker program group select the Demo
  54.  Card icon to see what you can create using this software. Pay
  55.  close attention to the documentation so you can see what you
  56.  need to do when running MGCM.

  58.  SUPPORT POLICY: Paying the $25 registration fee (see below for 
  59.  registration details) entitles user to support from the 
  60.  author. If you have questions or problems you may write to

  67.  REGISTRATION: This shareware requires a $25 registration fee
  68.  to be sent to the authors if this software is used to create 
  69.  greeting cards to be given away or displayed or used in any 
  70.  way other than for evaluation. There are many benefits that
  71.  make it worthwhile to register. See below for details.

  75. 1. The latest registered version of MGCM on a 3.5 disk. The
  76.    registered version creates greeting cards without the 
  77.    advertisement on the closing screen of the greeting card.
  78.    Also it does not have the shareware notices at the start 
  79.    and close of this program.
  80. 2. Two more sets of 3 greeting cards each. That's 6 MIDI, 6 WAVE,
  81.    and 6 static graphic files to use with MGCM to create 2
  82.    birthday, 1 anniversary (available April, 97), 1 Kwanzaa, and
  83.    2 Hanukkah greeting cards (available July, 97) These files
  84.    will be mailed to you as they come available.
  85. 3. One dozen 3.5 holiday disk labels for your card disks.
  86. 4. Documentation telling you how to create your own animated 
  87.    graphics."

  89.    card files for all occasions. These card files will be
  90.    available to REGISTERED USERS ONLY.

  93. 7. Most important, you receive permission to use MGCM to create 
  94.    greeting cards. Creating greeting cards with an unregistered 
  95.    version of MGCM for other than evaluation purposes is in 
  96.    violation of copyright.
